Erica’s love of expressive writing began with poetry and writing about her own lived experience. What started as a personal practice of making meaning through words grew into a desire to create that same kind of space for others.

Today, she leads expressive writing workshops for women in recovery and for communities impacted by addiction, trauma, trafficking, and other difficult life experiences. Her approach is compassionate, choice-centered, and rooted in the belief that our stories deserve care—not judgment. Through guided prompts, reflection, and creative exploration, she invites participants to connect with their words in intentional spaces of connection.
